The classes for Beginner students are designed to give the student an opportunity to experience many different forms of meditation.
Over six weeks, the student will learn tools to reduce the mind chatter that occurs all day long. And the student will find the environment very relaxing and peaceful.
For the Advanced student, they will go into deeper levels of meditation, building on what was learned as a beginner. These classes run for eight weeks.
